Evaluation of SP2020-LF and Internalization of ASN Core Values BerAKHLAK

Saturday, 26th November 2022, an evaluation of the Long Form SP2020 and Internalization of ASN Core Values BerAKHLAK by BPS-Statistics of Jembrana Regency that was carried out at Kelapa Retreat & Spa, Pekutatan, Jembrana. This event was attended by all employees of the BPS-Statistics of Jembrana Regency, representatives of the Population and Civil Registry Service, Mr. I Gede Sudiadiarta, ST., and several representatives of SP2020 LF officers. The event began with a presentation on the SP2020 LF flashback and the resulting output, which was delivered by the Young Expert Statistics Functional, Mr. I Ketut Budhana Arta, SE, M.M. Publication regarding the output of SP2020 LF will be released in January 2023. At this event, Mr. I Gede Sudiadiarta, ST. give appreciation to BPS, even though the concept is different where dukcapil data is based on de jure while BPS data is based on de facto, population data is the same nationally. In the discussion session, Mr. I Gede Sudiadiarta, ST. explained that there would be an application that the public could use in reporting as non-permanent citizens where their place of residence was not the same as their KTP. This makes it easier to record population based on place of residence, thus supporting the achievement of one population data.

After that, it was continued with the internalization of the ASN BerAKHLAK core values which were delivered by the young expert functional and the head of the general sub-section of BPS-Statistics of Jembrana Regency. In this internalization, explained what is BerAKHLAK and its application to the agency's work environment. In addition, an evaluation of the application of the BerAKHLAK value was also held in the BPS-Statistics of Jembrana Regency work environment through a kaizala survey. The results showed that for each of the BerAKHLAK core values, most employees gave a score of 9 out of 10. Specifically for Harmonic values, as many as 62.5 percent of BPS-Statistics of Jembrana Regency employees gave a score of 10 or very harmonious. Based on this, on average, employees in the BPS-Statistics of Jembrana Regency work environment have practiced the core values of ASN BerAKHLAK.
