Abstract

The number of international flights departing from Bali in August 2023 was recorded at 2,898 flights, down 0.51 percent compared to the previous month (2,913 flights). In terms of passengers, there were 581,494 people who departed abroad from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, or an increase of 3.86 percent compared to the previous month's conditions.

The number of domestic flights was recorded at 3,178 flights, down 6.06 percent compared to the previous month (3,383 flights). The number of domestic passengers departing was recorded at 427,258 people, or down 12.77 percent compared to the previous month.

Cumulatively from January to August 2023, the number of international departure flights was 20,372 flights, while domestic flights were 24,327 flights.

The number of ship departures from Bali Province in August 2023 was recorded at 9,727 ships, an increase of 7.54 percent compared to July 2023 which was recorded at 9,045 ships.

The number of ship passengers departing from the port in Bali in August 2023 was recorded at 483,185 passengers, an increase of 6.66 percent compared to the previous month when there were 452,998 passengers.

Meanwhile, the number of goods transported through the port in Bali in August 2023 was recorded at 68,578 tonnes, an increase of 1.92 percent from the previous month's conditions.
