Development of Tourism in Bali Province January 2021

Foreign tourists (tourists) who come directly to Bali Province in January 2021 only recorded 10 visits. Tourists who came through I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport for 2 visits and sea port for 8 visits.

 

The number of foreign tourists to Bali Province in January 2021 decreased by 93.33 percent compared to the record in December 2020 (m-t-m). When compared with January 2020 (y-o- y), the number of foreign tourists to Bali was recorded to have decreased by almost 100 percent (-99.998 percent).

 

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in January 2020 was recorded at 11.15 percent, a decrease of 7.85 points compared to the ROR for December 2020 (m-t-m) which was recorded at 19.00 percent. When compared to January 2020 (y-o-y) which reached 59.29 percent, the room occupancy rate in January 2021 was recorded to have decreased by 48.14 points. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels was recorded at 6.70 percent, up 1.35 points compared to December 2020.

 

The average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at star hotels in Bali in January 2021 was recorded at 3.50 days, an increase of 1.41 points compared to the achievement in December 2020 (m-t-m) which was recorded at 2.09 days. When compared with the achievement in January 2020 (y-o-y) which was recorded at 2.82 days, this figure has increased as high as 0.68 points.
