Abstract

In December 2022, the CPI of Denpasar City and Singaraja City recorded inflation as high as 0.48 percent as indicated by an increase in the Consumer Price Index (base year 2018=100) from 112.71 in November 2022 to 113.25 in December 2022. Meanwhile In addition, the calendar year inflation rate (year to date/ytd) in December 2022 is the same as the year to year inflation rate (December 2022 to December 2021 or YoY), which is as high as 6.20 percent.

Of the 90 CPI cities, all recorded inflation. The highest inflation was recorded in the City of Bandung (West Java) as high as 2.04 percent, while the lowest inflation was recorded in the City of Sorong (West Papua) as high as 0.01 percent.
